Crown Arrows - Lincoln

I went to this restaurant on Saturday, March 16th for a quick drink. It wasn't very crowded, but I stood at the bar for at least 15 minutes without being served. Only one staff member was trying to serve customers, mostly regulars, and ignoring others. There were other staff members wandering around behind the bar, but they weren't serving anyone. This has happened to me before when visiting this place, but it will definitely be the last time as I won't be returning. I would recommend avoiding this place if you just want a couple of drinks.

Super friendly staff. Fabulous food, and really good sized portions. Worth booking a table if going at the weekend so you won't be disappointed. HHighly recommended

I visited this restaurant to watch the FA Cup quarterfinal and had a fantastic experience. The staff were very attentive, the beer was cold and refreshing, and the chicken strips were delicious. In all my visits to Greene King pubs, I have never felt more welcomed and cared for by the staff here. They truly make you feel like part of the family. They deserve all the praise and recognition.
