Le Cambodgia - Limoges

Judging by the reviews, this small restaurant just opposite Les Halles market was popular for lunches with an Asiatic twist. The welcome was very pleasant and although we are quite competent in French, the staff were keen to let us be served by a fluent English speaker. The set menu at 13€ seemed attractive and we ate tasty samosas and nems for starters. You can then pick your main course from an extensive choice of Asian dishes, our two being Thai chicken and Beef satay, both served with rice and very pleasant.Desserts were more the traditional French variety but with a drink (beer wine or coffee) included, the value is excellent.

We found this place by accident while visiting Limoges on hoilday, took a table on the streetside terrace (not many cars passing, so very pleasant in summer!), and ordered the lunch menu. The price being more than moderate for all the things included, we were very happily surprised: the food is excellent, and so is the service. The owner and his family are great people, and we had a nice chat with one of the sons. B&F, Antwerp, Belgium

Unbelievable! My love for the holidays! Service at the top, very good reception, everything is done at home, in the heart of the limoges, the restaurant team is very pleasant, the quality price of the report is excellent! I really recommend this little restaurant!! The dishes were delicious thank you very much!
