The food can be described as decent. Wouldn't be saying anything more than that. Can hardly be called Indian food when there was no spice off any of our dishes. Tikka masala is like Korma, Bombay aloo not one bit spicy. Mergh dilruba meant to be medium hot, I'd call it mild at best. As for the service, the waiter was the most arrogant obnoxious human I have ever come across in a restaurant. I have had bad service in restaurants but this is a new low. Constantly rushing us from when we sat at the table, even looking out the door waiting for us when we arrived, rushing us to order, trying to take our plates when still eating our main. He was constantly rushing us to leave and it's not like they were busy. Most people at any one time in restaurant was 10 people with plenty free tables. Snapped at my girlfriend when she asked for water for the table, like wtf who does that, and the icing on the cake asked me if I wanted to give a tip when paying, told him he was lucky to get what he was getting at all cheeky ****. After that while we were waiting for our taxi he asked us were we leaving. very lucky I didn't tell him where to run and jump. Won't be back, much better Indian restaurants in limerick with far superior food and service.
Food was superb and as it was for an 18th birthday they gifted us 2 beers for birthday boy excellent customer service
Got a takeaway. Very tasty and food arrived hot. Would recommend and I would eat there again. My order : Lamb Shahjehani (Mild) with Pilau Rice €11.40 Vegetable Bhajiyas €4.50 Plain Naan €2.00 Price was fair I thought.
I ordered my first order from the restaurant at 8:50 through the app, my order was marked for delivery at 9:50 and I receieved a text telling me as much. At 10:25 I called the restaurant to ask where the delivery was as it was over 30 minutes late and the representative said the driver had left already and would arrive shortly. At 10:35 I rang and asked where it was as it was now 1hr45mins since ordering and 45 minutes overdue. The representative told me I could ring next time an re-explain what had happened and they 'd do something about it, when I asked what he didn 't give an answer I asked could he do anything this time and he said no. At 11:00 my delivery arrived and the delivery driver apologised saying it wasnt his fault at all and he only heard about it ten minutes ago. I checked the food and it was luke warm the delivery guy barked I can take it back if you 'd like I accepted and he then proceeded to give me multiple excuses as to why yhis had all happened, he didn 't accept any responsibility for what had happened or on behalf of the restaurant despite working for them. I had a really awful first experience here and nobody has accepted any responsibility or tried to do anything about this.
