Mcdonald's - Limerick

While the restaurant was busy, the service was not rushed. Unfortunately, the staff seemed more interested in talking than cleaning the tables. When I asked for a table to be cleaned, it was only wiped down quickly with a wet rag that smelled bad. We eventually moved tables because of this. My partner, who is pregnant, was craving McDonald's, so we stayed. However, I don't plan to return as this level of cleanliness is not acceptable. The staff member eventually used a bottle of pink spray, but wiped it away with the same rag.

I ordered 10 burgers and 2 happy meals. I received the two happy meals and no burgers. Phone was answered and hung up when I called and no one will fix the issue. Absolutely horrible customer service.

Ordered some food through just eat and once again charged for items that were not in the order, so now 2 families members were left without their food and I will be going to the restaurant tomorrow for a full refund

Was in here this evening and extremely busy . One staff member a male who served me was so nice. He was running off his feet while I was waiting for my wrap. Small very friendly Irish guy who told me he had 15 minutes left of his shift ..he was such a strong worker and the food was hot! Apologied for the delay but great service!

I have been to my fair share of McDonald’s in many different countries but this one is by far the worst. Staff is so extremely slow even when it’s really busy and it always seems understaffed. The food is average at best and they always run out of things. I once asked for an Oreo McFlurry with chocolate sauce but they said they can only put the sauce on one specific type even though I offered to pay extra for just sauce. This has never happened to me anywhere else.
