Horse And Hound - Limerick

If you are in Limerick, do yourself a favor and visit the Horse and Hound bar. It is a small traditional Irish pub very popular with the locals. The food is excellent. We ordered a roasted leg of lamb and a vol au vent with chicken and mushroom sauce. Both dishes were generously portioned and delicious. The service was fast and efficient. It gets quite busy during peak hours.

I loved everything about this place. Great food, fantastic service and great value for money. Hope you guys appreciate the chef, food was hot and extremely tasty. We are lacking these basic qualities in restaurants nationwide. Cannot recommend this place highly enough.

It's a pub where you can eat. You eat well, the dishes are excellent and abundant. The service is very friendly and kind, there is a good atmosphere.

I only go there between one and two during the day. I like going to eat . The is very well done.

Friendly staff. Nice place. I got the chicken vol-au-vents, but cubes of chicken large and little dry. Potatoes were lovely.
