Establishment Steakhouse - Limerick

My own and my husband have eaten here last night and I can only rave as great as they were. in the minute we were met with smiles, mary took us on our table and ensured that our culinary experience was a great one. our appetizers, main course and dessert were all cooked for perfection and very aesthetically appealing. the courses were nicely spaced. gary the manager made me a beautiful cocktail of his own designs that was beautiful. below we found the barman robert to be very friendly and efficient. the whole place was exceptionally clean, and we really enjoyed our night. this place is highly recommended by us. in the did we will reserve a table there for some time in the next month.

Eat in order, nothing special. the waitress was very polite, some other employees did not seem very comfortable. not sure how technically reacts to the answer of the owner: I have no doubt that their employees like to work in their restaurant, which "very comfortable " probably came to the wrong wise. I just wanted to stay that the person had rags while she served, or the teller returned. no bad experience, but could be improved. that said I'd still come back.

After asking for a menu and ordering, we returned to our table outside which was covered in empty glasses and cups, much like every other table in the outdoor seating area. The place was very quiet, and even though the tables were covered with empty glasses, plates and cups, the main waitress on duty seemed to be more interested in her phone. The empties on our table were only removed after I asked them to be. The food was alright, but was overpriced for the size of the portion. When we received our cutlery from the waitress, the two sets of cutlery were placed together jumbled on one napkin. We had to ask for a second napkin specifically from another waiter. Was just dissapointed to see a restaurant open up after a new re-branding and to offer such poor customer service, and to not seem to care about their guests at all.

Very poor. Booked a table for outside and were given horrible benches out the front which were wet and had brown paint coming off them onto our hands, despite a very nice upstairs area with plenty of better seats. Woman working there who seemed to be a manger was extremely rude and uninviting. Pints were warm and my friends request for a cider was repeatedly ignored. Nachos were clearly from a Doritos bag and wings came served on their own with no salad or fries. At the end we requested a shisha to go upstairs and were told it was “full” despite there being hardly any customers (no shock why) even though a group of possibly underage girls were allowed to go up. When we told the manger woman we needed to split the bill she got very sarcastic and took forever to divide the bill which resulted in my friend being overcharged. Horrible place, horrible staff, AVOID

Really good food and good service. we were there a little early, so it wasn't very busy. it is much better than the current average under 4. especially compared to other restaurants in the world I have visited lately with significantly higher notes here
