360° - Limburg an der Lahn

The 360° is an absolute enrichment for Limburg! The ambience: The decor is more modern and cool, but with a very beautiful view over the city. I particularly like openness and transparency: The kitchen is separated from the guest room only by glass panes. You can observe the chefs at their work: fascinating effectiveness and efficiency; everything is freshly prepared! The service: Despite the cool equipment, the team creates a warm, warm atmosphere, only through the friendly, personal, friendly, simply perfect service. The food: The food/menu begins with several greetings from the kitchen, which already make a lot of joy for more. Can we go back in 10 times? Each individual band is an artistic composition of different flavors and consistencies, with tasteful surprises that trigger real taste orgasms. I can't really say what my favorite was. We had chosen a 5-course menu, would have been fed with 4 courses, but fortunately we could not decide to leave something. The wine card is small, but good. The tasty red wine we have chosen costs only 7.50€ less in the EK, because it was so delicious and we wanted to know where to get it. Costs: This 360° is inexpensive and at least not an everyday restaurant for us, but the prices are fair and the performance is certainly appropriate. Conclusion: I can recommend the 360° of my heart! I will reserve the next special occasion!

Have enjoyed the 5 courses menu and were very satisfied. Quality and quantity above, star level. Very friendly and competent staff. Wine prices surprisingly very moderate. Super also the small things around the menu, greeting from the kitchen etc. I also like the ambience of dark wooden tables, gray space dividers very well. The waiting times for the individual courses in the normal area, finally everything is freshly prepared and very lovingly decorated. Everything in a very successful evening that deserves 5 stars.

From the point of view of a service provider (Discjockey) at a celebration I can only draw this conclusion: Absolute tip!!! The ambience is modern what I find personally. It does not seem to be "cool" as some have said in their reviews, but that is also personal feeling. The service is an experienced team and extremely attentive! The kitchen is just great! Go up, but not up! Try a poem! The concept with an insight into the kitchen I find great class. A great, “something” other restaurant in Limburg!!! That's all. Keep up with Rebekka and Alexander with your team!!

An absolute victory for the region! I look forward to the first warm days and the beautiful terrace.

Great evening, KochKunst....that's what it's all about. In addition to the great food, I was very impressed with the history of the kitchen team (counted by the house owner...that works like a family and for many years has created KochKunst together....and is a very young team with great sympathy factor! We like to come back with friends. :
