Mang Gorio - Limbo

Yesterday, 10 Aug, 2017, my husband treated me to a lunch at Mang Gorio Bahay Kainan. The place has homey ambiance and offers sumptous home-cooked dishes. Must try are their beef kare-kare, nilagang beef with corn, grilled tuna, chicken barbeque and beef senina, among others. For dessert, must try is their buko halo-halo, durian pie, empanada and many more.All at affordable prices. The place is very accessible as it along the highway. When in Cotabato City, please do visit the place to enjoy their delicacies.

You should try their blueberry pie and fresh lumpia. Some of the best food I tasted. I've been to their Koronadal branch.

The ambianceof the resto is good... however, the foods are not that delicious... i tried kare-kare and it's almost tasteless... also i tried bihon, it seems like i'm chewing a rubber... the buko halo2x is also a dissapointment...

The Buko halo-halo is superb! The rest of the food is just good to try...the Roasted Chicken is also good.

Mang Gorio has been frequented by my family and friends because of its native foods. The barbeque and kare kare are loved by many customers. For many years, their desserts are among the saleable displays because of its sweetness and freshness. The halo halo in a coconut green shell with its meat is a seller in this place Since it is near our house, it is very convenient to eat out in this well known restaurant.
