Mama Cellas Pizza Station - Lima

Ordered for the first time. Got a 21 pizza and by Far the worst pizza I've ever had. To be honest ive had frozen pizza that taste better. No flavor. Under done!!!;

First time I have ever ordered pizza from here and it will be the last. After eating a few pieces of pizza with my family my son bites into the pizza and there was hair baked into the pizza. So I call the restaurant and tell them I would either like a refund or get a pizza at a later date since non of us had an appetite after that. They then told me we would have to bring the pizza back to give you another pizza. I informed them I'm not waiting an hour for you to pick up the half eaten pizza and I'm not driving it there. Plus they said if I did do this thy would only give me half of what I paid in return. I've been in sales and customer service my hole life and this is Quite possible the worst customer service I have ever had. Oh and they also never even said sorry for there being hair in the food nor did they act like it was even their fault. They acted as if I planted it there. Beer barrel is where I will stay I guess. They have great customer service.

Tried out the pizza station on Breese Road the other night. my wife and I like to support local businesses but I'm sorry to report we were really disappointed in this pizza. in fact we've had frozen pizzas that taste better. the dough the crust was dough like without much flavor and the sauce was rather bland and overall it was just a disappointment. We did get a side of fried pickles I don't know if they came from GFS or some other stores like that but they were very good

They have an awesome veggie sub I 10/10 recommend if you like avocado toast
