Cracker Barrel Old Country Store - Lima

Horrible service. We understand most places are under staffed however we ordered items that would get us quicker service because we were traveling with livestock. There was a male server who got all his tables in and out while we waited. We asked our server kindly she said only half our food was done, we asked for that and yet she never brought it. On top of it the restaurant was so cold it was uncomfortable just sitting there. Regret not going to Texas Roadhouse!! Now traveling and no dinner and 2 hours of travel time wasted.

Terrible service! we waited patiently for an hour and the waitress asked people who heard eating. People who were sitting after us were served and were surprised that we had not eaten yet! ours just never came. Finally we went disappointed by how we usually love cracker barrel to other places! that was our third time there and the experience was only worse. we will not be back! they really need new management! it is obvious that it does not run efficiently!

Teresa was amazing! She did best to push our food out, they were super busy! eating was like ordered, good, generous portions and good prices. teresa ensured that our drinks were always full, even giving me a jumbo to tee: her bubbly personality was infectious and that lunch was even better.

A stop at the cracker barrel when we're on the road is a must! Unfortunately, they had a late to bring our food, but our gracious server has taken care of it. when that came, it was delicious as usual. after we searched the load and we bought only a few snacks for the road. it is always a pleasure at one of the cracker barrels.
