Primos Chicken Bar - Lima

Most Americans think of rotisserie chicken when they think about Peruvian food. So here in Lima Primos is one of the best purveyors of this Peruvian specialty plus it had great chicken liver skewers with ají cause, another delight. With restaurants closed, Primos will deliver....You call, they take your order and you can pay by credit card on delivery. Almost as good as eating in their restaurant. Food came hot and on time. Leaves fast food chicken joints in the dust

For many Americans, a Peruvian restaurant in the US is a chicken place, so try the real thing here in San Isidro. Have a pisco sour or a glass of wine or sangria. Or a beer. With it have chicken livers on a skewer with...spicy ají sauce. Then try any of their versions of chicken Ron the spit. There's a lot more than chicken here but really, try the chicken.

We didn't eat here although the food looked and smelled delicious. We just stopped here for a Cusquena Beer. The interior was really nice, they were playing good music and the staff were very friendly.

We are a fan of pollo a la brassa so this place really impressed. Large portions, very reasonable price, well-trained and attentive staff. Somewhere between fast food and casual dining. Well worth a visit. Photo is of the half chicken meal, split between two people.

Great place to eat typical Peruvian grilled chicken. In a casual but very nice location, 100% recomendable.
