My sister and her daughter tried the Chinese restaurant next door on the way down then switched to Pardos on the way back. They said Pardos great and wish they had eating both ways. You can order/pay and they will bring to you or you can sit down and motion to waiter and they will come to you and you pay after you eat. This is a food court.
My family were at the airport for a pretty long lay-over. We ordered just before they were switching over to breakfast so I think it affected the quality of the food. The chicken was delicious and we enjoyed all the different sauces that came with it. The french fries were a disappointment but I think that had more to do with them switching over service. Check out my blog post on this restaurant. [hidden link]
A suggestion to visitors of Lima: You shouldn't leave Lima before you eat a delicious Pollo a la Brasa. It is one of the typical dishes in Perú. And this restaurant is one of the best places for tasting and enjoy it. So, if you didn't have time during your vacation, do it at the airport. Here the food has a good quality. I really recommend it!!!
Not many airport places do you say, “I would eat here again.” But this is one. I had half a roast chicken and was quite happy and full for not much money at all-airport or not. Plus... they bring it to you at your table. Nice.
Great Pollo a la brasa with french fries, it just tastes delicious. I tried chicken like this in other restaurants but this one in particular was the best.
