La Posada del Angel III - Lima

After a long day walking around Lima, I came here at 10:00. Place was nice, the staff was nice. There was an amateur game next door. The pizza was okay, but not the biggest. Value was good.

The bar and restaurant areas are fun and unique, decorated with many antiques and angel statues of all kinds. Service was super friendly and accommodating, all three times we were there. It is a very simple place to hang, enjoy the atmosphere, people watch and eat. Not to miss is the Tocino cielo Dessert, a dense version of flan that was rich and tasty. My favorite Pisco Sour was from this place.

Large room, beautiful atmosphere, well located to enjoy ice cream in beautiful Bohemian Barranco in South Lima. Loved the music and the variety of antiques decorate indoor and outdoor terrace. I've been here for an evening drink. Very pleasant. Large room for a chat and drinks with friends and family.

We visited this place and we left very disappointed with the service. First of all, we asked for an ice-cream. We were never told that ice-cream didn 't have sugar or any flavor.... Our Oreo Ice-cream tasted like water but we still had to pay for it, because if we didn 't pay for it... we were told that the waiter will have to pay for it. We didn 't want to make a waiter pay for something that the establishment should 've responsible. We tried to talk to the manager and he was not helpful at all. We were three adults with three kids... and we were charged an entry fee per kid. We have been in Peru for 3 months and this is the first place that we are charged a cover fee for kids. Definitely not a family friendly place. We went to La Posada del Angel I and had a great time with great service.... it 's just III that sucks! Horrible service, will not recommend it to anyone.
