This restaurant was recommended to us by our hotel owner and we were taken here by his friend who drove us around Lima for the day. This place is worth the trek! It's definitely authentic. We were the only tourists in the restaurant and you should know how to speak some Spanish since nobody speaks English. On Friday there was a line at 2:00 and I see why! That was probably the best cebiche we've ever had. We also got the Picante de mariscos, who was incredible (think paella without rice). The sauce was incredible and the seafood was ineffective. There was a whole crab, 2 huge pawns and much more squid and scallops than we could eat 2. We had Cebiche, Picante de mariscos and 2 beers for $40 (or 120 soles). We were full for the rest of the day, one of the most incredible deals!
