Istanbul Kebab House - Lima

Perhaps the worst establishment I have visited in 4 continents. This might be the worst restaurant I have ever been to. Literally THE.WORST.PLACE.EVER! I have eaten better food in some of the poorest countries in the world on the street in plastic cups than what was served to me here.I was excited to come here as I did a quick search for what was around and this popped up. I thought wow, kebabs and maybe hummus, this sounds great. When I arrived I ordered a lunch special for 12 S. A shawarma, lemonade or juice, and coffee. My girlfriend ordered a small hummus. My lunch was supposed to come with a coffee, but since I had already drank coffee the owner agreed to give me a tea instead.When my food came the shawarma tasted as if the owner had purchased microwavable steak and cheese sandwiches and taken the meat out of them 5 years ago. Then periodically when a poor soul comes in to this place he reheats it for 5 seconds in an 80's microwave and serves it. I thought a prank was being pulled and at any second they would say just kidding the real food is coming. It never came....The hummus my girlfriend ordered came out and I thought oh wow they are giving her a free soup. Hummus is supposed to have a semi thick consistency and this did not. In addition the bread was cardboard. I am not 100% sure about this, but if it tastes like cardboard and looks like cardboard it is cardboard right?To wrap things up when I went to pay the owner asked me to pay for the tea which he had offered to replace the coffee. He acted quite hostile when I asked him to explain the bill. I thought I should be the one acting hostile you just tried to poison me. Please avoid this place and it's unsanitary, terrible concoctions.

El lugar es bien pequeño y las sillas me parecieron demasiado incómodas, así que preferí no quedarme y pedí que me den mi orden para llevar. El baklava me pareció muy dulce, era empalagoso, no lo recomiendo. El kebab de carne es grande y el sabor estaba ok.

Sitio chiquito pero rico la atención es muy bueno no es barato pero tampoco carísimo es acequible y lo mejor queda a la vuelta de casa los te son deliciosos

El lugar es pequeño pero agradable, no tengo experiencia en comida turca, pero me parecio muy bueno el kebab y la limonada deliciosa, recomendable

Por esta fiebre de la comida turca decidimos probar con mi pareja y visitar este restaurante, diría que el servicio es aceptable pero cuando solicitamos más información por los platillos o alguna recomendación no nos supieron guiar .
