Chef John Evans has created an amazing menu; each dish is just outstanding. We went with a group of 8 and everyone asked for a different dish all to share. Every single one was just mazing and a completely innovative twists of classical Peruvian food. Plating was beautiful, food was full of unique flavors. Ceviches and tiraditos were prepared at the table: Tiradito Hybiscus and Aji Amarillo probably the best. In addition, the Ocopa Tere with Camarones, the Causa Amazonica and the Chaufa Montada were just spectacular. With no doubt the best current restaurant in Lima. For your next trip,, Barra Lima is a must....!!! You will soon see them in the Best 50 Restaurants of the World , no doubt...!
One of the best restaurants i've been to in South America. The atmosphere is perfect, casual but with high quality food (and wine! . The staff has a lot of knowledge about what they're serving and the chef is very passionate about his dishes and is willing to tell you about the ingrediënts and flavours he uses. Very (very! high level restaurant and amazingly well priced. Go here. Do it. Now!
