Maybe their burgers are very good. We'll never know, because we never received our order. Fortunately we were not charged- Oh, yes actually. We called, no answer. We came there. The restaurant was closed. During its so-called “opening hours”. (Luckily for us just eat refunded us, but be careful if you order there to make sure the restaurant is open) Food: 1

The empanadas were more flour than meat, one potato per empanada, the chicken rice was burnt and tasted like ketchup

It's been more than two years since I ordered at Urban Burger and I've never had a problem until the day I learned they changed their bosses. Last week I ordered and my delivery took 2 hours to arrive... tonight, I order and I have a hamburger completely immangeable, the meat was harder than concrete. When I call the cashier to tell me that I'm the only one to complain and I don't have to order if it was... The boss decided to call me back to apologize for the behavior of being dissipated.

Soon 2 hours since my order was placed, always nothing... Very dry answer from the restaurant on the phone, and no trace of the delivery.
