Healthiest place you can eat, and really enjoy it! I travel a lot in France and Salad &bCo is my preferred eating spot for the last 7 years,….

We were lucky and found some people who spoke English. If not, it could be very confusing. A big suggestion to the establishment would be to post at the entrance the rules in different languages!! Upon arriving you get a card. then you help yourself to salad/soup/desert. This card is needed if you want to get hot meats from the grill you must give the card to the chef, if he serves you food from the hot grill. Once stamped, upon checkout, you will have an additional fee. It's quite simple, but if you don't speak their language, it can be confusing.

A truly disappointing meal. The salads were unimaginative or, in the words of Faulty Towers, Chef had just opened the tin !! The concept is trying to make one feel worthy for embracing the vegetarian lifestyle (despite the fish and meat options available). The reality, a great way to part one from a considerable amount of one 's Euros, very swiftly, for cheap Pizza Hut salad bar style ingredients!! A very ordinary meal without an alcoholic drink came to 20 Euros. In my view, very poor value for money. In fairness, though, the Chefs on the Plancha were charming, helpful and the best thing about the place.
