Bar Paralelle - Lille

We happened across this bar whilst walking through the town on our first evening in Lille. It looked interesting so gave it a try. Very welcoming staff and beer good. Clientele seemed to be more locals than visitors and with a wide age range . As we drank a dj was setting up so we stayed for another drink and then had food whilst we listened. A very enjoyable evening and made even better by the lovely couple at the next table who allowed us to practice our French by engaging in conversation with us. Hopefully we can visit again before we leave the city. Next time we might try the cocktails.

Best Mojito in Lille?! Maybe not. There is still room for improvement for beeing nicer in there, especially the staff.

Nice staff, good music. Make sure you arrive on time at the weekend to get a table. There was a dj playing on a Saturday night we were there.

A nice selection of beers, helpful and friendly staff, good music and very central location. Will return when in Lille.

Petit bar un peu en retrait de la grande place, le serveur est vraiment très agréable à l'image des Lillois, déco très sympa, large choix de consommations.
