Poor Boa Vida, with (until now) only two sad yelp reviews. I feel compelled to say a nice thing or two if only to let you know there's no reason to steer completely clear of the place. Boa Vida Yacht Club is where you might choose to stop for a drink before boarding a boat for your cruise on the St. Lawrence River. It's right there where you're waiting, the outdoor tables feature umbrellas to provide shade, and the skimpily clad servers are young and friendly. Admittedly I didn't ask a whole lot of anyone here and neither should you. A hard cider and an IPA were both of the canned variety and ice was requested and brought. And, though I saw people consuming lunch here, there was nothing I witnessed that made me feel I'd miss anything by not following suit. In fact, I'm pretty certain I left happy because I'd not ordered food here. Keep things simple just a simple candor bottled drink and keep moving; your boat ride awaits. Sometimes a place is just a stop along the way and I felt that I understood that about Boa Vida: a fairly perfect spot from which to enjoy a cold drink on a hot day.
Came here to enjoy the touch of pink party. Beautiful place beside the water great service. Had a Splendid time! Drinks were a bit pricey, but it's understandable. It is located in the old port. Price per person: CA$100+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
