Bento, sushi, pokébols, yum! Excellent service. It's a counter in an aisle of the shopping center, it's not directly located in the food court, but you can go there to eat. On my last visit I ordered a pokébol and it was delicious. It's a generous and tasty portion. Too bad about the wooden fork, but they are obliged to do so by green illogic. I usually order this Bento, but today I was extremely disappointed. I ordered sushi and Karaage chicken. Unfortunately, when my order arrived and I wanted to taste the chicken, it was completely frozen. I called Bento to tell them of my dissatisfaction and he said “do you have a microwave?” At what point do I buy a dish (which is supposed to be hot) and am told to defrost it in the microwave????? Honestly, I find this irresponsible of you.
