By chance of our trip to Belgodere we arrived at the pastier's workshop. Very good reception despite the 12h coming to ring the bell tower, the boss is not avare of good addresses and unmissable places of his Corsica that he spontaneously presents: Fango, forest, perched villages, wine growers...and what an evening meal regalade!!! MERCI

Small quality address for simple but good cooking enthusiasts. Everything is home, the pasta is fresh, the sauces are varied and tasty (special mention with truffle cream). And very important the welcome of the bosses is at the top. Serveable, accessible and especially passionate. In a hyper tourist place it is a safe value if you do not run especially after Corsican specialties. Get your eyes closed.
