I had a bad opinion of Greek restaurants, I discovered in this restaurant an exceptional gourmet spirit. Everything was perfect. If you like eating well, if you have the beautiful palace, if you really want to please yourself, go, you won't be disappointed. The chief, in the furnaces, performs miracles. Anyway, a successful birthday. Thank you to the whole gonia team.
Was our first time and the food was super hot! Nothing to see. But I'm afraid the service wasn't so good. The young man walked the legs under his body. But because he probably had to train someone else, it got a little wrong here and there. Apparently, he was the only one who could serve. Personally, I don't think this can happen at a very busy time, especially if it's someone who doesn't have a horeca experience. And I'm sorry, but the boss might be able to help at such busy moments and not just put a sign on the table and make a little chat here and there! This gave us a wrong impression. Maybe we'll try again, because the food was good. Hopefully there's a little more experienced personnel. We need to get to the Greek restaurants. A closure drink from the house! A drink ouzo or some coffee/ tea. But we weren't offered here? Too bad.
Here is cooked with passion and fresh ingredients. Very tasteful. Also the cheapest white wine was excellent. Honestly, fresh, nice fruittons. Here's clearly been a sommelier involved in the composition of the wine collection.
The parking lot is clean and the terrace is entertaining with plenty of shade. There is a real holiday feel to the atmosphere. The menu offers typical dishes along with some great suggestions. The mezze sauce is delicious and the "sus pig" is a must-try. The service is very friendly and the owner even recommends wine pairings. The prices are reasonable and the quality is good. Highly recommended!
We ended up here with a receipt and what a discovery! A very cozy and small restaurant with hugely kind and personal service. Owner keeps a close eye on everything and keeps things going rapidly. The food was delicious! The mezze's were all fresh, juicy herbal balls, fresh tzatziki, super hot calamars. And much more! Head dish was also perfect, very juicy meat, nice sauces and conjure. I took the baklava for dessert and it tastes great! We're definitely coming back!
