Hello, visit this noon at the restaurant Le Cabochon bd Émile de Laveleye in Liège. We chose the flat entry menu at the price of 29€.. there is each time the choice between 2 dishes or desserts.. what I appreciate because it is rather varied .. then first plate was a poached foie gras, potiron chutney and sweet potato .. I admit that I loved less, the chutney was quite sweet and the foie gras very beautiful externally but without taste and unfortunately it became very common in restaurants, it was frozen in slices, very easy and always perfect but for me insipid.. and I have absolutely nothing against frozen but the quality for this product makes it felt. As a drink a glass of white wine To fall on the ground is his excellent name, and a Belgian black pinot for me surprising with bcp of roundness and my husband a glass of Corvido, well complex Italian wine and booon
