This is a place like you love them and you don't take the tourist, it was like us, for a pigeon! Arrived at four to 1 p.m., this Thursday, August 20th, without having reserved, despite the affluence, the boss welcomes us with the smile and the waiter, with exceptional dynamism and friendliness, installs us in the dining room. Plats of the succulent terroir with special mention to the omelette with ceps and its ham of Bayonne and the burger of the chef. Everything was tasty including desserts. The portions are generous and the value for money bluffing. Bravo leader and, above all, don't change anything. Do not take into account the opinions of the pee-vinaigre (see Eurielleg) who, under cover of anonymity, only seek to harm you. May serious houses like yours promote the warmth of hospitality and authenticity of the Basque Country for a long time. To recommend without hesitation!
