When it comes to takeout, Jenny and her team at our restaurant in Lichfield make the best hands down. The salt and chili chicken and salt and chili chips are a big favorite among customers.

The customer service at this restaurant has been consistently poor on multiple occasions. Despite giving them a few chances to improve, they continue to get orders wrong and are unpleasant when addressing the situation. Additionally, the long waits have resulted in cold meals. Overall, it is best to avoid this establishment.

This restaurant has the worst service I have ever experienced. My order has been incorrect multiple times, and this time the takeout refused to correct their mistake. They sent me a pork dish, even though I have never ordered meat before, and insisted that I must have. I will not be returning, and the low score on Google accurately reflects the poor service.

Ordered food yesterday (Saturday 10th February) waited an hour and a half for delivery food was ok but Luke warm. Not even a complimentary bag of prawn crackers for the size of the order and waiting time. Not a good impression for the first time using this Chinese.

Have been using lombards Chinese take away for 20 plus years collection and now delivery.never in all the time have we had a bad meal Excellent service i am in my middle seventies and will keep ordering now I have moved to Lichfield .
