Trattoria Donna Rosa - LICATA

This was not my first choice, when looking for the restaurant, but definitely should have been! Great, Xfood that was fresh, local and homemade. Restaurant with warm family feeling hidden inside the aisleys of Licata. Totaly romantic. Nothing to complain.

We really advice this place for eating pasta al pomodoro. The sauce tasted amazing. We did not taste anything else.

Tasteful squid but the seabass in crust was very disappointing (small size and too dry). We tried a bite and advised that the dish was not good (they kindly removed it). However they charged it on the bill, and they did not offer to invite us to the coffee.

Come trattoria è ben curata la posizione un po’ sacrificata ma facilmente raggiungibile . Ora però considerato che una trattoria dovrebbe sì avere un numero di portate limitate rispetto ad un ristorante ma contestualmente avere anche prezzi più accessibili pertanto l considerazione che faccio é: prezzi molto alti per una scelta di pietanze “da buona trattoria”.

Locale accogliente, personale gentile ed accogliente, cucina tradizionale mediterranea, ottimi antipasti come i primi piatti personalmente vado pazzo per gli spaghetti con i ricci, ottima frittura di calamari croccante ed asciutta. Buono il rapporto qualità prezzo . Cantina poco fornita ma cercando si trova qualche buna etichetta. La genuinità della cucina e del personale fanno la differenza.
