Subway - Liberty

We make an effort to eat there frequently, hoping that the mistakes with our orders are just one-off incidents. However, today we ordered takeout and when we got home, the wheat bread was completely dried out and hard as a rock. They really need to improve.

The management at this restaurant is very disappointing. The manager, Shawna, needs to be replaced; I saw her not doing her job while one of her employees was busy working. When an employee got injured on the job, she simply walked away. It seems like she has a serious case of laziness. I believe corporate will take this situation seriously, and I will be reaching out to them.

The restaurant closed at 7:50 PM Eastern Time, and there were no lights on inside.

Understaffed , wasn't able to get veggies toasted because they hadn't sliced tomatoes or cucumbers and didn't offer to slice any . a huge pile of green peppers was in the floor none made it to the bar. One sweet red head girl doing it all and being so polite. while a short dark haired girl cussed about someone calling off and she only organized the bread refused to serve customers at rush hour slamming bread pans around

Typically a great place to eat. However, tonight they were a bit stingy with all three subs we ordered, and none of them had cheese. I'm still giving it 3 stars because we've generally had good experiences here. Service: Takeout Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10
