Jose Pepper's - Liberty

Waitress took 20 minutes to get us our drinks and chips. Then we ordered appetizers. By the time the appetizers arrived we were out of chips. Didnt get a refill until actual food arrived so by then the dips were cold. They left one persons meal out and had to ask THREE TIMES about it. Didnt give a discount. Then took another 30 minutes when tossing us our receipt to take the payment and the birthday girl had to ask 3 times about her bday dessert. Finally got it to go. I get that they are busy but the service was really really awful. Used to like this place but its not what it used to be.

We went around 5 pm on a Friday evening and they did not seem very organized. The host was going to seat is at one table. Then someone who seemed to be a lead or manager told him no, and sat us elsewhere. There were 3 servers in our area, and it still took 15 min to get drinks after being sat. The food was good. It seemed like a clean place to eat.

Just drove by didn'tgo in. I did have some bad memories the next morning years ago! ?

I love this place. I just wish the salsa didn't have so many big chunks of peppers in it.Parking: At times, it is more difficult to find good parking. The restaurant is in a strip mall. When other stores are busy, it becomes very crowded parking

Gonna wait 10 minutes for chips, another 5-10 for a drink, once the food finally comes out it looks and tastes great but I bet it would be better with the side of pico and guac I ordered originally. Ask the food runner for it.....wait 10 min........Ask the server for it........wait 10 min. And you finally get pico and sour cream well thats half right but try again. Wait 10 more minutes and say forget it and get the check at least I didn't have to pay for it. I mean it's comical writing this 30 plus minutes for some damn guacamole to never come.
