The server at the window was fantastic. Food: 4/5, Service: 5/5.

For the past few months, I've consistently received cold snackin' bacon every single time. Whether I order it for delivery or get it in person, it's always served ice cold—not even lukewarm! When I bring this up, they say they can't take it back, which I understand, but one employee even said they can't cook it properly to begin with. If that's the case, they really shouldn't be serving it at all. The Monticello Dunkin' never has this issue, but as a resident of Liberty, I don't want to make the trip to Monticello every time for a proper order. That said, I really appreciate three of the staff members there, so I’ll keep giving them a chance.

I tried to call to let them know. No one answered. They need to do some basic food safety training. I saw the woman behind the counter use the SAME SPOON to mix another person’s coffee and then mine! I asked her if they were the same type of drink and she said no! I have a food allergy . Ever hear of food safety and sanitation?!
