Circle M Barbecue - Liberty

Four of us traveled 40 minutes to try this highly recommended restaurant. We arrived on a Friday morning and managed to get a table quickly as we were the first patrons there at 4:15. The restaurant was packed by the time we left just 30 minutes later. The menu consisted of small square plates with one main dish and two sides for $11.50. We tried the shredded pork, which was not outstanding. The sauces were decent but nothing special. Side options included green beans, cole slaw, sweet potato casserole, stew, and others, with the choice of cornbread or a roll. The restaurant did not serve alcohol, offering only tea or soda. Larger plates were available for $22.95. Overall, we found the food to be okay but not worth returning for or recommending to others. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was very clean. Those who enjoy religious music while dining may appreciate the atmosphere.

First time to visit. Immigrated and ordered to get out. they went through the menu and offered rehearsals from several sides. ends up order a rehearsal plate to try all flesh. everything was good, but the smoked chicken and ripening were phenomenal!

This restaurant serves delicious sandwiches, tasty ribs, and mouthwatering mac and cheese. The staff are very friendly and welcoming.

Definitiw one of my favorites! there is no place that is even close to compare. with homemade sides and desserts. they can't beat it.

First time visiting. Walked in and ordered take out. They walked me through the menu and offered samples of several sides. Ended up ordering a sampler platter to try all the meats. Everything was good, but the smoked chicken and ribs were phenomenal!
