Fried shrimps when you arrive early his not too salty until after lunch then too much I guess so no one eats too much shrimp...ol just my guess and mixed steam vegetables only during the weekdays for the vegetables is the best at the buffet.
Food was hot and we got there about 3 hours after they opened for the day. Better than before.
The first time to eat here in 20 years and it is much better now. But it's better than any other Chinese restaurants I was too late, except 1 in College Station Texas
The food was good, with lots of choices. Really quiet. Prices were good. I can't complain. Also if you wait for fresh crab puffs they are delicious ?
