Chili's - Liberty

I have been a loyal customer of Chili's at the Liberty location since they opened here, ordering from them every week. I was initially excited about having their establishment in our small town. However, I have recently been disappointed with the service I have received and will be looking for other restaurants to dine at. I usually order for pickup, but the last time I called to place my order, I was put on hold for over 20 minutes. Despite being on hold, I was able to drive to the restaurant and pick up my order. The manager also owed me a $6 credit for a tip that was taken out without my consent on a previous order. Additionally, I was charged $2.99 each for two small containers of butter sauce. Overall, I don't believe this establishment will be able to stay open for much longer.
