Caporal Mexican Grill - Liberty

The food at this restaurant was good, but the bacon was undercooked. We dined in for dinner and the price per person was between $10-20. Both the food and service were rated a 4 out of 5, and the atmosphere was also given a 4. I would recommend trying the Pastor Quesadilla with Steak.

Great place! We had an extended family dinner at Caporal. It was terrific! Super friendly staff. My go-to is always a ground beef Chimichanga. Caporal's Chimi was amazing. Delicious stuff. Great cheese sauce. Great rice and beans. My wife had enchiladas, and they looked delicious as well! Terrific chips and salsa. The margaritas also looked really good. There were some that were huge. We were amazed by the server who could bring out ten entrees in one trip by lining them all the way up his arm. Very impressive! We had a great time. Great food. Just great, great, great all the way around. We'll definitely have to stop back again next time we find ourselves out in Liberty Township.
