My husband is from El Paso and he says that this is one of the few places to get authentic Mexican (NOT Tex Mex). Your Mexican breakfast is perhaps my favorite, I go to the Migas rancheras but I? ve tried everything and it's all good. Someone wrote about hard pancakes here. 9 years come here and not even. You are so good that we order every time we come to breakfast. The employees always remember us and our daughter and are so sweet. It is family owned and operated. Dinner/Lunch is also fantastic. Mole is sooo good, again very authentic. They also make a great tortilla soup. And don't forget the Sopapillas for Dessert! All I ordered here is fantastic. They wish many more years of success.
The service here was wonderful! Very friendly and made us feel right at home! The chips were served nice and warm and the salsa had quite a. It if heat to it. I had the steak and eggs breakfast. And it was very satisfying. Eggs were correctly cooked to order, beans were flavorful, and the flour tortillas come in a lovely little warmer to keep ?em nice and hot! My only complaint was that the streak was not very tender. Definitely good and enjoyable, but could be better. All in all, very happy we stopped in!
I was in Liberty Hill and was hungry. Decided to try the Junction in Bertram as it showed to be open till 9. It was 6:15. I get there and it was closed and hours were shortened to 2. Oh well, I head back into Liberty Hill and Pass Jarden Carona (probably spelled wrong). The place was packed. Inhad eaten at their other locations and it was nothing special enough to fight the crowd. I had remembered passing another small Mexican food restaurant many times. I drove to it and there were 3 cars there. I go in and the waitress was on top of things. Very friendly too. I ordered and my food came out. Wow!! It was great. I am glad the other places disnt work out or I may not have tried this place. I got the 3 sour cream chicken enchiladas. It was 7.99. I also got sweet tea. Hreat value and I will for sure go back. This week as a matter of fact!
We have eaten here for years, and since Covid it had gone down a bit but tonight was wonderful. We asked the waitress if the cook was new and she said the whole kitchen staff is. I got the spinach and mushroom enchiladas and the wife got the chimichanga. Can't rave enough about the food or the service which has always been great
Picked up breakfast for the first time here. The potatoes and green salsa were great! The chorizo migas were good; however, it didn?t have much chorizo. I wasn?t a fan of the beans. So far this place is the best Mexican food in Liberty Hill.
