Bar Restaurante Chaparrastique

We absolutely loved this restaurant! The food was the best we have had in Costa Rica, and the service was very good. Roberto is super friendly and able to help if your Spanish isn’t the best. If you’re near Liberia, you must stop and eat here!!!

First place where we stopped in Liberia... the food was excellent! I wanted a real Costa Rican meal and we got it. We ordered the Carnes asada and the pork speciality (can not remember the name). So delicious and delicate. Our bartender Danielson was so friendly and helpful!!

Amazing place! The service was impeccable, the drinks were ice cold, and the owner Robert was so helpful and kind! I'd go back there every day if I could!

This is a great little spot to stop for lunch if you are in liberia or after hiking the leona falls. It's a family run restaurant and they have the best pupusas in town. Their menu It's small but with enough variety for everyone!
