Stella!! What a fantastic host! She welcomed us warmly and made sure we felt right at home. We dined in and enjoyed some delicious food, particularly recommending the burger and chips. The overall experience was well worth the price, which was around £70–80 per person. Highly recommended!

Went for a meal on Saturday 25th Nov. 3 of us, walked in, seated straight away. Food was overall great! Couldn’t fault it, but service was lacking, it was good, but not incredible. Had to wait 20 mins to order drinks. After this we then had to wait a further 40 minutes to order food (we ended up going up and asking someone to take our order as no one was coming over! Food and drinks were really good, our table had a couple of cocktails, milkshakes and soft drinks. I did feel bad for the staff as they had a table in which seemed to be quite hardwork, wouldn’t stop shouting, screaming, and being rude to the staff. I work in hospitality, as management. So this made me frustrated, never mind the poor girls who had to keep asking them to be quiet! Once we had the bill, a lady came over (hadn’t seen her at all this evening came over and asked us for our ID’s. We didn’t hesitate and game them her as she requested but it’s like she was going to try and ID us for the cocktails we had already been ID’d for after we drank them?! She (who I’m guessing was manager? also didn’t know the year of ID should be? And after looking at my ID for a few mins still had to ask me my age? But had my ID in her hand? I’ve worked in restraunts for 5 years and been in management for them for nearly 2. Just seemed like there wasn’t any communication? But will return as the food was spot on and I understand pressure on staff.
