Wendy's - Lexington

Honestly, the best customer service from any fast food place I ever had in any state. Friendly, professional, attentive, just super!

The employees who worked went beyond and beyond to welcome me. I was next to the bank, and when the traffic was terrible at the time, I decided to park only in the banklot and go to the Wendy's for our order. When I walked around the door, a very nice employee let me know they were inside closed and asked if I had an oversized vehicle. I told him I didn't, but it was easy to stay where I was and go.... He agreed to me and told me to just go through the side to the front door and he would have asked someone for my order. Obviously he didn't have to go that far, but he did. When I came to the door, the Hostess with the Mostess was so friendly that I wrote my order on an empty bag and went back to the kitchen to turn it on. Then she went with my sum back to the front of the store, I gave her the money, then she made the trip again to get my change. And I informed her that she had brought the change with the order, but she insisted that it was not a problem.... Smile all the time and as sweet as possible. And about 3 minutes later, she was back at my order. I just want to thank you for going beyond and beyond, and you have much more than needed.... But just to let you know it wasn't dissatisfied. You two employees, especially the woman who took my order at the door. My hat is for you the kind of employees that all businessmen want. Give this girl a reward for one of the longest reviews I've ever written. Thanks again and we will be back because the Burgers and Fritten were also excellent.... As I expected they were. Thank you.

Apple Pecan Salad was the best!! I got my blue cheese crumble, dressing,pecans. It was sooo good!!

Didnt include specified sauces, the Dr Pepper was extremely watery and was more akin to carbonated water. Burger was mediocre, bun was dry and crumbly and the meat itself was dry. This wendys has gone way downhill.

The entire order was ice cold and the food was old. Paid $34 for my entire order and couldnteat a single thing because it was all disgusting. Ridiculous.
