Waffle House - Lexington

My pork chops were boiled to perfection, the chefs and the chefs made an excellent job and my eating was just as I wanted. john (our waiter was great! he ensured that we had everything we needed, he was very friendly and made today's experience a good one. cool team working here, keep it up!

This place was quick with service. My order was incorrect, but I decided to just eat it anyway because I don't like sending food back. However, it seemed like the employees were more focused on chatting with each other than on providing good service.

I tried to call several times to make an order for pickup to no end. if they serve customers, why should everyone restrict their business only in home orders. her literary cut her hand to defy her face. it is literally millions of dollars in turnover and millions of potential customers. I've always loved this restaurant, but I think it's gone downhill lately. I used to look forward to a good meal here, but my last experience was disappointing. As a line cook myself, I understand the challenges of the kitchen, but this time the food really fell short. My eggs were poorly cooked and had a dirty taste. The overall cleanliness of the establishment was concerning; the manager was seen wiping down the walls with a dirty cloth. Everything felt greasy and unappetizing. The gravy tasted like it hadn't even been prepared properly. I'm not sure if the staff is overwhelmed because the location is popular, but it seems like cleanliness and proper cooking aren't a priority. The hash browns were undercooked, and the staff seemed to struggle with the call-out system—some employees clearly weren't trained well enough. If they can’t manage that, maybe they should consider using tickets or screens for orders. It really disappoints me because this used to be one of my favorite places.

Good customer service but Not In good Sanitation. When they cook food they leave Raw food on the side with Utensils laying on the food itself. Would not recommend. The tables are dirty and Cookware needs to be cleaned.
