Times Square Pizzeria - Lexington

My wife and I used to order delivery from Lexington sites at least 2-3 times a week for the past few years. However, they recently informed us that they have changed their system and can no longer fulfill our orders. We even offered to give a bigger tip, but were rudely denied. The food is good, but the service is bad. We will not be returning.

We moved to lexington in september 2021 and ordered online a very tasty pizza. Since this first order we ordered twice online and eat twice in the restaurant, all three times was nothing special. today, 25. juni we ate in restaurant at 16:00 clock, the pizza called the works was what we ordered with extra cheese and the meat was almost completely absent. all we got was a lot of paprika and some tweepers, a very small amount of mushroom and the meat would have been at most 2 tablespoons. we ordered additional cheese and if we hadn't ordered an additional cheese, we wouldn't have been able to get it. our cost for the pizza were 34,00 what we feel for this price we should have had a great pizza. this was our last trip to times square pizza. hopefully the young man who makes pizza in this load will get extra workout because it was a sweat tonight. we know that employees are hard to find, but it seems that someone could be trained to replace this guy. we were a party of 4 who will not return.

The first issue we encountered was the absence of menus and prices listed at the restaurant. When we mentioned this to the staff, they advised us to check online for the prices. It was disappointing to learn that all prices had been increased and were not readily available. Additionally, when a member of our party ordered water, they were informed that it would cost $2.00, despite it being a basic necessity. The customer service we received was subpar at best, which was a stark contrast to our previous positive experiences at the restaurant.

This place is quite good. would like to suggest that they make a pizza of all slices. so everyone can try another pizza. like a sampler. do it. write it. I'm here!

Ordered pizza online from here for the first time, got delivered. The pizza had jalapeños on the pizza, which was not what was stated on their online ordering system. Called and they proceeded to be rude and say well it comes with it and blame me when it’s not correct on their website, instead of trying to fix the problem. After 10 minutes they offered 15% off our next pizza but would not fix the pizza that THEY messed up and our child or us can not eat. Waste of $26 and WORST customer service: First and last ordering from here.
