TGI FRIDAYS - Lexington/Man O' War

We went to Friday to grab a quick meal before my son's sporting events. We were happy to have made a reservation through OpenTable. However, we were surprised when it took an hour and a half to receive three burgers and a side of wings. It took 55 minutes for our order to arrive after placing it. We were disappointed that we couldn't find a manager or even receive an apology. Very disappointing experience.

It was my wife's birthday and a wonderful experience. Rachel was one of the best servers ever!

Promptly seated and the staff were very nice. Food order was slow but the place was fairly busy. The food is fine but expectations were low, I like to think of it as an upscale Wendy's. Keep that perspective and I think you will be fine. Three orders were the unlimited apps and they did a good job keeping pace with refills on the apps. Side salads are very small. Entree salad good size but fairly bland. Ribeye steak was overcooked.

We had lunch at Mama's and our server was very attentive to our group of six. I ordered the bacon wrapped shrimp and it was delicious. The steamed vegetables were cooked perfectly. I would definitely come back in the future.

I had trouble with the OpenTable app, it didn't work for me at all. Using the app was a complete waste of time.
