Starbucks - Lexington

I can only express positive things about the service at this place. I not only satisfy my coffee cravings but also enjoy having short chats with some truly wonderful people. Although the drive-thru and parking design could use some enhancements, it certainly wouldn’t deter me from returning. Kudos to the manager; you’re lucky to have such a fantastic team!

I placed a mobile order for pickup while we were driving home from Gatlinburg, TN. When we arrived, we found a line that wrapped around the building, but I was surprised at how quickly they prepared the drinks! Our order was ready in less than 10 minutes. They really know how to get things done! The staff was extremely friendly, and the manager was wonderful!

I only drink decaf coffee, and I often end up with something that tastes like brown water. However, Starbucks offers an excellent French roast decaf that truly impresses me with its rich flavor! The baristas there are wonderful, too.

Starbucks offers exceptional service. Although I rarely encounter issues with my orders, on the rare occasions when I did, the staff always handled it with a smile and outstanding customer care. I really love this Starbucks; the team here is fantastic!

I've visited this Starbucks several times, and today, despite the rain, it was more crowded than usual, especially at the drive-thru. I had to wait a little longer than normal, but I was served in about ten minutes. The staff were very friendly, they got my order right, and the coffee was excellent. This Starbucks is new and situated right in front of Costco. Since the busy drive-thru was blocking the parking lot, I ended up parking in the Costco lot and walking over. I usually prefer not to use the drive-thru when I can avoid it, and when the line is long, I find it quicker to order inside. Even though I have the app, I didn't use it today. I recommend this location for its convenience and the fact that it has more space inside compared to two nearby locations.
