Starbucks - Lexington

Polite and kind employees can't make up for the multiple blunders I've experienced at this location. Ticket items frequently not printing, leading to regularly missing food and drinks that make the convenience of mobile ordering null and void when you have to wait in line to inform them and then get the food prepared. The wrong items placed inside on an all too familiar expectation; I can forgive pumpkin bread constantly swapped in place of the banana nut bread I ordered since I like the former as well. But really, look elsewhere if you have a craving. Today in just another example my bread and bagels turned into two breads. You're paying for a gamble on what you'll actually receive and if it's even what you ordered. I'm tired of the risk and would encourage any other Starbucks location over this one.

I used to love this location but lately I'm disappointed because they always seam to be out of ingredients for the drinks I order. Oatmilk for example. Or they can't make a cold foam sugar free... weird.

If you make the mistake of using the drive thru at this location you will be TRAPPED forever. They were out of the particular items we wanted and we waited FOREVER just so we could simply leave this hell. I hate this place. I wish I could leave no stars.

Used to love coming here but recently have been very disappointed. How hard is it to use the correct milk in your drink? Or they leave the vanilla out of a vanilla latte. When they give me the price when I?m ordering I can catch that but if they don?t, well then who knows if it will be in there. How about fixing the screen at the ordering speaker. That would help. It?s been nonfunctional for months! Product too pricey to pay for this service!

My husband got 2 grande white chocolate mochas this morning. When he brought it to me I realized it tasted very off so I open the lid to see nothing but white milky foam. It appears they forgot the espresso and just added white chocolate sauce to steamed milk.
