Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Lexington

I came to this location a few years back. Got a simple chicken tender box. Had a long black hair fried into the chicken. Never ate there again until today, 5/12/23. I was a little hesitant, but the one in Louisville is good. Pulled up at 10:35p. It's dark inside, but I see kitchen lights on. I catch a guy outside, and he says they closed at 8p. Posted hours everywhere say open til 11p. I won't waste my time, thoughts, or gas on this Popeyes anymore. For some reason, I wasn't really upset or surprised. Typical.

I paid $17.00 for a 4 piece combo. The chicken had been way over cooked and was dryed up. Worst meal I have had in a while but, I could have went somewhere else.stingy with sides.I won't be back here ever again!!!!

Biden's shrinkflation is alive ad well here. We had unexpected guests show up so I went to get dinner here. Got the family feast. I added 2 large sides. $47.00 the now 4 side s were 3 individual each so had to share a spoon full of each to try to feed a family of four out of 3 individuals. Then the chicken pieces were so little they were to small to take away from their mom's. $47 and I was so embarrassed to put on four plates. Within one hour of dinner my father in law ask if he could have a baloney or peanut butter sandwich. I can't wait until these greedy places go under.i feal like I was robbed

They took 2.5 hrs for 3 pieces of chicken to be delivered through DoorDash. DoorDash had to go through 3 different drivers because that drive through is the worst and no one wants to wait. They take forever and waste everyone’s valuable time. Finally the last driver texted me saying that the inside was closed and drive through was at a still around 8.50pm but the hours say that they close at 10pm. So I called the store and whoever answered the phone shouldn’t be working at a fast food restaurant because she doesn’t even know how to say hello to another person. Is fast food not fast anymore ? The franchise owner doesn’t even bother to fix the issue ? Because looking at all these reviews, clearly there is an ongoing issue. After wasting multiple people’s time, they still got the order wrong. Didn’t have the red beans and rice which is one of my favorites and they can’t differentiate between coke and Fanta. SMH. Popeyes used to be my favorite place but this place literally ruined it for me.

Dining room closed for lunch? Rude Employees? Check and check. I ate here almost every day for 6 months until finally it was no longer worth it because I would get mad because the girl working the window would not say anything to you, snatch your card/money from you and throw everything back at you through the window. As far as I'm concerned, this location can go out of business and Lexington would be better for it.
