Pizza Hut - Lexington

Service is so much better than it use to be! I applaud the new management on that but this is the second time we've order in a 2 month time span where we received hair in our food. The first time it was a little over 45 minutes after having our food before we found it cooked into a piece of pizza. This time not only was there one connected to our pizza but also in our wings!!! Im really disappointed...I understand this can happened but this is the second order and it was found in two different foods. Please take extra precautions to protect hair from the food! Other than that, we appreciate the effort being made at the Tyro location!

Pizza was tasteless and undercooked tasted like cardboard.

Order ready in a timely manner and was great as usual!

I called in twice and tried to order some wings and pizza and they walked me through and took my address down and everything and then hung up the phone i then called back two more times and they proceeded to do the same thing again. very bad customer service and terrible staff.

Cancelled the order without reason. This location is a joke do not order from here
