Pizza Hut - Lexington

Strange smell, like dirty mop water? 4 stars without smell.

New pasta is terrible .prices higher, while serving was cut in half and it tastes terrible.they should really keep the old pasta

We ordered three pizzas and waited 45 minutes, only to be told they had made one pizza correctly, one without cheese, and completely forgot about the third pizza. In the end, we didn't receive any pizzas at all. I was truly shocked by how poor the service was.

No more buffet, no more reason to visit. Pizza Hut is quickly declining, and it's disappointing. No one could surpass the Hut, but now we have rising prices, smaller portions, and the buffet is gone.

We paid extra for one of the pizzas to be "pan" style and with extra cheese, but neither of those requests were fulfilled. After an hour, I called to check on our order and was told that it was out for delivery. They offered me a discount of less than $2.00 on a $50 order, which is hardly meaningful. We live less than 5 minutes away from this Pizza Hut, and I would have happily picked it up if they had been upfront about the delivery time. In short, they messed up our order, charged us for extras we didn’t receive, and the delivery took two hours. Who would think this Pizza Hut is worth it? Not me, and that's why I’m writing this review. I want to help you avoid ruining your easy, fun Friday pizza night. If you're on Richmond Road, I recommend Jet’s, Donatos, Big City, or even Domino's instead; they’re all better options. P.S. If you look through my Google reviews, you’ll see that I’m not typically negative. However, this Pizza Hut has become so disappointing that I felt it necessary to share my experience in hopes of preventing someone else from making the mistake of choosing them.
