Mcdonald's - Lexington

Went through the drive-through and was asked to please hold, not a problem. 10 minutes later, I rolled down my window to ask the guy next to me if they had taken his order yet, and as I did, they began yelling at him. I told you we are busy and to hold on!Ain 't no one taken yo order tonight! He asked if they were really not taking his order and was told, No! I 'm not taken yourorder! Good night! Bye! . This is why I hate McDonald 's... poor customer service just there to collect a paycheck. Food is OK atbest, but does I a pinch. It 's definitely not worth the stress of having to deal with ungrateful self-entitled brats who can 'teven keep the ice cream machine working and will most likely screw the order up anyway.

Went to the drive-thru today to get a small vanilla milkshake. pulled up to the drive-thru window and the lady goes can you give me a minute? and i say of course. i waited for 10 minutes and she never responded or gave any acknowledgment that she wasback. i drove off after getting impatient only to see her standing at the register at the 1st window staring at me as i driveoff. i understand if it 's swamped and you have to manage so many different things at once, as someone who also works in customerservice i get it. but to just straight up not do your job because you don 't feel like it? unacceptable. avoid this mcdonald 's atall costs.

On two different mornings this week I pulled into the outside lane to order. As I sat in my car ready to order, car after car in the inside lane ordered while I yelled repeatedly at my speaker: ?Hello, hello?. I know the outside speaker worked because twocars ahead of me ordered so it has to be operator error. Please get someone in there that knows what the heck they are doing. This last time I went inside to complain and order my breakfast. I got home and an item was missing so I had to drive backthere again. Next time I?ll go to Chik-Fil-A. They know what their doing and are light speed faster compared to Mickey D?s.

This McDonald's continues to disappoint man, they shut down a minimum of an hour early and just chill on their phones which cool honestly I wish I could have done that when I worked there but they're so disrespectful to customers and all that trash behaviorisn't even needed. The hour early is one thing but the rudeness is messed up.

Drive thru only????.. The manager uniform had food stains everywhere ???????? she took my order money plus served my order. She was as rude as a tired cow???? ????. I was nice???? tho) Luckily for her the food was not for me. No napkins,straws and certainly not a thank you. I'm never surprised with Mickey D's. Ever??
