Mad Mushroom Pizza - Lexington

I called to place a delivery order for an office dinner and was assisted by Kaylyn (I hope I spelled that right!). In today's world, it’s rare to encounter someone who takes the time to treat you kindly and make you feel appreciated, but Kaylyn truly went above and beyond. I genuinely hope her employer recognizes her exceptional customer service. Because of the wonderful treatment I received, I will definitely be returning to this restaurant. I'm so grateful for the friendly and warm service!

Update 8/4/2022: As noted in the comments, the owner requested more information via email, but as of today, I haven’t received a response. BE ADVISED, this is not a customer-friendly establishment if they mess up your order. In short, my experience was terrible! Take a look at this burned pizza. The next day, I tried to get a replacement, but the manager, Todd, insisted I return with the pizza. I sent him a picture, but Todd has stopped responding. I also ordered a vegetarian pizza, which was awful—it tasted like the vegetables had been soaked in water, lacking any seasoning or flavor. This is by far the worst pizza place I’ve ever been to. On a positive note, the cheese sticks are really good. Todd, I expect a refund!

My daughter and I go to Stix cheese every time!! We add bacon, sausage or chicken and pineapple. The pizzas and grinders are also delicious!! We discovered her cooking salads!! You're amazing! I highly recommend them for everything you are looking for to eat or eat!!

I ordered 3 large pizzas on Sunday night and was told 30-40 minutes it would be ready and when I arrived 35 minutes later, I had to wait an additional 25 minutes for my pizza just to find out that my order was done all along and the employee just overlooked my name. By the time I got home (12 minutes away) my pizza crust was hard and the pizza was just old tasting. This is the second time something has happened here. The first time I asked for no onion and the pizza looked like it had extra onion! Very unhappy with overall experience with Mad Mushroom.
