Kfc - Lexington

This is, without a doubt, the worst KFC I have ever experienced. They are constantly out of items. The two pieces of chicken we received tonight were barely recognizable and not much larger than a golf ball. This has happened numerous times before. I will never return. I plan to contact the corporate office first thing tomorrow morning. It's unbelievable. I just took a bite of what was supposed to be chicken, and it turned out to be the smallest wing I have ever seen. To make matters worse, the meat inside was completely black, and the bones were shattered. I called the store and spoke to one of the rudest managers I've ever encountered. I also reached out to the corporate office, but they never returned my call. It seems they are used to complaints. I called the restaurant again and spoke to another exceptionally rude manager. I left a message with the main office but received no response. This place really needs to close down.

This place is the worst.. Nasty manager. After giving us the wrong order, My husband was told if he didn't like the food there's the door. I tried to speak to the manager and was told he was the manager... Who speaks to people this way especiallyafter they gave us the wrong order ... I'm definitely calling Corporate!!!! MANAGEMENT NEEDS A CHANGE

The staff informed me that they ran out of extra crispy options two hours before closing time. As someone who works in the restaurant industry, I know that this means all the food after 7 PM has been sitting under a heat lamp and is likely stale. I wouldn’t recommend dining here.

Place my order she input it wrong said they corrected it drove all the way home still wrong and the manager who won't give her name despite being asked twice hangs up on you when you to get resolution nice restaurant not! I know they're stressed andoverwork but this is not how you conduct business.

I always have a fantastic experience at this KFC. The manager, Almeeca, and her team are amazing. They are consistently friendly and genuinely care about their customers. I prefer this location in the Tates Creek shopping center over any other in Lexington. I’ll gladly drive across town to eat here because it's worth it. The food is always hot and fresh, and they always have exactly what I order.
