J. Render's Southern Table - Lexington

I was back home for Thanksgiving and had never tried Renders before. I went with my wife and son, and I have to say, the brisket Reuben was absolutely amazing! The fried green tomatoes are a must-try as well. The next time I'm in town, I'm definitely coming back when I'm really hungry. The guy who took our order and the lady who served us were both fantastic. I’d give it six stars and three thumbs up!

What a great dinner and music afterwards. Brooklyn our server was impeccable and the meal was some of the best BBQ I have had. The owner even stopped by to check on us. After dinner we made our way to the patio for some Ben Lacy and Corey Cross! Absolutely an outstanding evening.

The food was incredible, and the service was excellent! I will definitely return and highly recommend it to everyone! They played music on the patio, which added a lovely touch. After our meal, we enjoyed some drinks at the bar, and they were fantastic! We particularly loved the bourbon martini!

The service was excellent, and the food was just right. I always need onions, tomatoes, and vinegar with my greens, and it's great to find a Southern restaurant that gets it. Hats off to the chefs! As for the bartender, I'm usually a bourbon girl, enjoying it straight without any mixers. However, I decided to try one of their signature cocktails, the #DerbyRose, and it was fantastic with a nice kick to it. I'll definitely be having another, thank you!
